Each item you order ships out from our headquarters or one of our store locations. 
Your order is carefully packed into one of our signature Day's Jewelers boxes, so it's ready for gift-giving right away. 

If your order will not ship out immediately, we will notify you right away.

Additional charges may be incurred on rings that have to be special ordered. 
 

Our packages ship via UPS to the continental United States. Orders over $100 ship via complimentary UPS ground. 

Orders over $1000 ship via complimentary UPS Next Day.

Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery; please be aware of this requirement when placing your order.

We will ship to the address listed on your order. If you need to update your shipping address after your package has been sent, there is an $30 charge to reroute your package.

Most items are available for purchase online  and pick up in one of our Day's Jewelers location.  

To pick up in one of our store locations, select Store Pick Up at check out, choose your location, and select the date you would like to pick it up in.

Please note that there is approximately a five-day lead time when choosing a date, although most items are available for pick up sooner than that. Please wait for contact from the Day's Jewelers location of your choice before picking up your item.
