Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once a carrier picks up your package.

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, there is an $18 fee to do so, and we can only do so after one delivery attempt has been made. Please let us know right away if you need to change your shipping address, as we can easily update this information before your order ships.
Orders

Most orders (excluding special orders, engravings, ring sizings, and other custom orders) will ship within 24 hours. Orders ship via UPS ground, with expedited shipping options available at check out for an additional cost. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number.

The measurements of most pendants, earrings, bracelets and other pieces are found under the Specifications tab on each product. If you cannot find measurement information, please reach out to us for clarification.
Rings are available in limited sizes. If you do not see the ring size you want to purchase, please reach out to us for options.

If you do not know the necessary ring size, your best bet is to visit one of our Day’s locations and get sized.
If you are planning to give a ring as a gift or to propose, we have some ideas to help you.
If you want to propose, we can sell you the engagement ring you want without sizing or special ordering it. This cuts down on the time you will have to wait, and since we are not customizing the ring, we can size your fiance after you propose to make sure we get the perfect fitting ring.
If your significant other’s friends or family happen to know their size, asking around can often offer a clue.
Find a ring your significant other wears now. If you can manage to bring it to a jeweler, they can tell you the size of that ring.
If you can’t take the ring with you, try tracing the inside of the ring on a piece of paper and bring it to a jeweler.
If you aren’t able to get the ring size you need, your best bet is to purchase the ring as-is and present it as a gift or in a proposal. We are happy to work with you after the fact to ensure that your ring is the perfect fit.

Your jewelry purchased from Day’s Jewelers is warrantied for a lifetime against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Loss or damage if resulting from abuse, normal wear, mysterious disappearance, or repairs done by other jewelers are not covered under this policy.
To be eligible for this warranty, your jewelry must be inspected at any Day’s location at least once every six months. If you should move to an area where there is no Day’s store located, we would be happy to recommend a reputable jeweler to perform the required semi-annual inspections.
We recommend purchasing a Jewelers Mutual care plan with any fine jewelry purchase.
Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized* for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding any shipping charges). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, either in one of our stores or via shipment (please contact us for shipping labels.)
You may choose to exchange your item rather than return it. Any of our associates are happy to work with you on an exchange. Exchanges are eligible for 30 days after receipt of item.
*Exclusions to our 30-day return policy include rings that have been sized in-house or special ordered, mother's rings and family pendants that have been customized with gemstones, engraved items, luxury handbags (in-store only), custom jewelry, and jewelry and gifts that are not in their original condition.

You do not need a return authorization from us, but please contact us about your return.

Normally, we return your refund to the original payment method. This can take 5-10 days to fully process through your bank. If you return for store credit, you will have instant access to the funds.

Yes, you can redeem a Day’s Jewelers gift card both online and in our stores.

We offer in-house credit, both in-store and online. Please view our Day’s Financing page for more details.
We also offer Synchrony Luxury credit in our stores. You can utilize our layaway option both in-store and online to pay for an item over the course of ten months.
Repairs & Services

We can fix many jewelry pieces in our store locations. The cost varies, depending on materials needed and the repair work required. The turnaround time on a repair depends on the workload of our goldsmiths. Please contact your local Day’s location for more information on cost and length of time on repairs.

Our in-store service teams can replace watch batteries. A one-time watch battery replacement is $15, while a lifetime watch battery replacement plan is $27.99.

Our in-house service teams can repair most watches. We also work with several reputable contractors who are experts in watch repair should your watch need further care.
