What is Day’s Jewelers Platinum Rewards Program?
Platinum Rewards is a program designed to provide additional value to our loyal customers.

How does it work?
Once enrolled in the program, you will earn 3% on any purchase from Day’s Jewelers from October 1 through September 30.* You will be able to spend your balance at Day’s Jewelers during a two month period from October 1 through November 30. All unused reward dollars will expire at midnight on November 30 each year.

Are there other benefits?
Yes! Once you are enrolled in our Platinum Rewards Program,  you will also receive a 10% discount on all repairs as well as other special offers throughout the year!

How do I enroll?
Signing up is easy! Just fill out the information in our sign-up form and click submit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a credit card?
No. This is not a credit card. You simply earn reward dollars for every purchase you make at Day’s. You can use those dollars as discounts on merchandise purchased in October and November.

How can I tell how many Platinum Reward dollars I’ve accumulated?
You will receive an email or text on October 1 notifying you of your reward dollar balance. You may email or call Day’s at any time to learn your balance.

Do I need to mention that I’m a member each time I make a purchase?
No. Once you are enrolled as a member, reward dollars will accumulate automatically each time you make a purchase at Day’s.

Will my Platinum Reward dollars ever expire?
Yes, all unused reward dollars earned before October 1 will expire at midnight on November 30 each year.

Why must I give my birth date and contact information to enroll?
On your birthday and during other times throughout the year, Day’s will contact you with special offers. Your personal information will never be shared or sold.

How will I receive my 10% discount on repairs?
Simply tell the Day’s associate that you are a Platinum Rewards member.

Will I earn reward dollars when I purchase from Day’s website?
Yes, if you are an enrolled member.


*No reward dollars will be earned when purchasing product discounted more than 30%. Reward dollars are accumulated on purchases and will be deducted if the product is returned. Reward dollars will be earned on the net price of items purchased using your accumulated reward dollars. Reward dollars cannot be redeemed for cash. Day’s reserves the right to change the program.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition. Any purchase made with a credit card must be returned to the original credit card. Please read more about our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

All orders are fully insured and require a signature at time of delivery. Each item is cleaned, polished and inspected before it is wrapped and shipped to you. For engravings and ring sizing, please add an additional 2-3 business days to your order. Special orders or customizations may take 3-4 weeks. Please read more for full shipping information.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Your jewelry purchased from Day's Jewelers is warranted for a lifetime against defects in materials and craftsmanship. To be eligible for this warranty, your piece of jewelry must be inspected at any Day's store at least once every six months. If you should live in an area where there is no Day's store located, we would be happy to recommend a reputable jeweler to perform the required semi-annual inspections. Day's also offers a low cost extended care plan that covers normal wear and tear of items not deemed as defective.
