Questions about the Vault

The Vault is open August 1 through August 31. When the month ends, so does The Vault.

No. The Vault collection includes only the specific pieces currently available. Special orders, some sizes, and custom requests are not eligible for Vault pricing.

Yes. The Vault is available both online and at all Day's Jewelers locations. Availability may vary by store and online inventory.

Yes. If you’d like to view a specific item at a Day’s Jewelers location, simply select “See In Store” on the product page. We’ll coordinate with your preferred store so you can see the piece in person before making a decision. There is no obligation to purchase, it’s simply an opportunity to experience the jewelry firsthand with the guidance of one of our jewelry professionals.

Yes. Qualified financing options are available through our in-house credit and Synchrony, just as they normally are. Speak with a jewelry consultant or contact your nearest Day's location for details.

We wouldn’t recommend it. Many Vault pieces are available in quantities of one, and once they’re sold, they’re gone for good.
