Most orders placed by 2pm EST will ship out the same day. For engravings and ring sizings, please add an additional 3-5 business days to your order. We do not deliver on weekend days. Warranty & Returns
Merchandise that has not been altered, engraved, or customized may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Certain items, including Pre Owned Luxury Handbags, custom Mother’s jewelry, special orders, and items that have been engraved are considered final sale items and are not subject to returns.
Your jewelry purchase from Day’s Jewelers is warranted for a lifetime against defects in materials and craftsmanship. To be eligible for this warranty, your piece of jewelry must be inspected at any Day’s location at least once every six months. If you should live in an area where there is no Day’s store located, we could be happy to recommend a reputable jeweler to perform the semi-annual inspection.
