30-DAY NO-RISK RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (including shipping charges). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition.

Mother’s rings are custom created, and therefore we are unable to accept returns.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your jewelry purchased from Day’s Jewelers is warranted for a lifetime against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Loss or damage are not covered under this warranty if resulting from abuse, normal wear, mysterious disappearance or repairs, sizing, or any other work performed to your jewelry other than by Day’s Jewelers.

If we determine the cause of damage to your jewelry was the result of defective materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace the piece of jewelry at our option. To be eligible for this warranty, your piece of jewelry must be inspected at any Day’s store at least once every six months. If you should move to an area where there is no Day’s store located, we would be happy to recommend a reputable jewelry to perform the required semi-annual inspections.

Permanent Value Plan

The center natural diamond of any diamond ring purchase from Day’s may be traded at any time for full purchase price towards another natural diamond of at least 50% higher price. All weights of natural diamond stud earrings and all weights of natural diamond solitaire pendants purchased from Day’s may be traded for full purchase price toward the purchase of another natural diamond of 50% greater price. Only undamaged natural diamonds qualify for this trade up policy.
