Clocks, like watches, are an integral part of our lives. While serving the simple purpose of telling us the time, they also give our homes a warm ambience. Most clocks have Quartz Movements (powered by batteries) however some have Mechanical Movements which must be wound or weights reset.

Clock Care
The best thing you can do to ensure longevity of your clock is to carefully read the instruction manual.
- Natural wood clocks should be cleaned periodically with a quality wood polish. Take special care not to allow the polish to come in contact with plastic or glass covering the clock dial.
- Dust metal or plastic parts with a soft, damp cloth. Paper towels should not be used to polish plastic parts as they will have more of a tendency to scratch.
- Dead batteries should not be left in a clock as they may leak and cause permanent damage to the movement.
- Take particular care to mount wall clocks securely as described in the instruction manual.
- Avoid placing clocks in areas where it may be exposed to steam, high humidity or excessive heat.
Pulsar Seiko Warranty
Pulsar/ Seiko Warranty
If your watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship and provided the watch was purchased from Day's Jewelers in the past three years, Seiko will, at their option, regulate, adjust, repair, or replace parts or movement, without charge. Leather watch bands are not included in warranty.
Seiko and Pulsar watches must be accompanied by original warranty booklet and certificate or warranty to be considered valid. Please leave 4 to 6 weeks for watch repairs.
When your Seiko or Pulsar watch is purchased from Day's, we will provide free battery replacement at any Day's Jewelers location provided that the watch is not a diver's watch. In the instance of a diver's watch, Day's will send the watch to the Seiko/Pulsar Authorized Service Center to change the battery and be properly resealed at a cost of $25. Please leave 4 to 6 weeks for battery replacement and resealing of diver's watches. We will also perform bracelet adjustments, other minor work, and clean the exterior of your watch free of charge at any time.

- Offer applies only for UPS Ground shipping. You must select "UPS Ground" option to qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, the full expedited shipping charge will be applied.
- UPS shipping is only available for delivery to U.S. street addresses. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
- We will ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
- Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
- Sorry, Day's does not ship to foreign countries at this time.

Order Processing Time
- Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
- All items on our site are available for immediate shipping. However, it is possible that an item may be sold out just after placing your order. In this case we will notify you immediately.
- Allow up to 2 additional days for ring sizing if you select a ring size other than the indicated standard ring size. Refer to the care and sizing tab on the detail page for the standard ring size.
- Engraving requires an extra two business days before shipping

- will typically arrive 1-5 business days after ship date depending on travel distance ($8.00) (free if order exceeds $100)
UPS Second Day Air
- will arrive within 2 business days after ship date by end of day ($16.00)
UPS Next Day Air Saver
- will arrive next business day after ship date by end of day ($25.00)
UPS Next Day Air
- will arrive by 10:30 AM next business day after ship date ($35.00)
US Postal Service
- For orders to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. ($20.00)
- Orders shipped within New England states will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days from ship date.
- Delivery times are only estimates provided by UPS.
