3. Bring your completed application into your Local Day's Jewelers.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON YOUR DAY'S CHARGE ACCOUNT

1. Pay online by clicking here.
2. Go into your Local Day's Jewelers and pay over the counter.
3. Call 800-439-3297 and make a payment with check by phone, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
