Janyl travels the world, hand selecting natural, colorful precious and semi-precious stones to be set into her unique and timeless sterling silver designs. Her work expresses the beauty sees in nature, views of color and scenery that are distinctly hers, unlike any other.

Each collection is sketched completely by Janyl Adair’s own hand and then her drawings and the stones she has selected are sent to her silversmiths in Bali, Indonesia where her creations are brought to life by skilled craftspeople.

The name Sarda originates with Janyl’s great-great grandmother, an artist named Anna Sarda. Anna captured the natural beauty of the plains of South Dakota through paint and brush. Anna Sarda had an incredible impact upon the life’s work of her great-great granddaughter.
