How do I order an item?

Select the product you want to purchase being sure to indicate the quantity desired and any special requirements like ring size or engraving. Place the product into your shopping basket by clicking Add to Basket. At this point, you can choose to continue shopping, add any personalization (i.e. sizing or engraving) or checkout. When you have completed your order, click Checkout and follow the simple instructions. If you would prefer to place an order over the phone or need assistance in placing your order online, please call 1-800-786-5656 or email info@daysjewelers.com.

The item I want isn't on your website - How do I place a special order?

We want to make sure you get the piece of merchandise that you want. If you see a piece from one of our vendor's websites or catalogs, give us a call and we can order it for you if we don't have it in stock. We can call and get the cost and timeframe for the order. Payment is due when the order is placed, and there are no returns on special orders.

NOTE: There may be times when a piece is ordered on our website that we can not alter ourselves (i.e. Sterling Silver rings). If this is the case we will contact you immediately and inform you that the piece will need to be special ordered and the timeframe for receiving it. If you choose not to place the order at that time we will cancel the order and credit your payment.

How do I open a Day's Charge Account?

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover).

You can also pay with your Day's Charge Card or set up a layaway program by contacting us at 800-439-3297 or emailing info@daysjewelers.com.

We also accept checks or money orders for our merchandise. Add the desired products to your shopping, cart print out your order and mail it with your check or money order to Day's Jewelers, 88 Main St. Waterville, ME 04901.

How do I know what size ring I am purchasing?

Most of our rings (unless specified in description) come in a standard size 6. When ordering a ring you have the option of choosing what size you want in personalization If a ring is ordered and specified in a size not standard to that ring, we will size it free of charge (please add 1-2 days to ship time for your order). If it is a sterling silver ring we will need to order it in your specified size if it is not in stock (please keep in mind that this could take up to 6 weeks).

When can I expect my order?

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order (unless it is a special order or being personalized). We use UPS ground shipping for our standard shipping methods and anticipate delivery within 1-2 business days within Maine and New Hampshire and 5-7 business days throughout the US. Express shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

Am I going to be paying sales tax on my order?

We charge a sales tax of 5% to orders being shipped to Maine. All other orders will not be charged tax.

Can you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses. We cannot accept orders to or from other locations.

Is this a secure site?

The simple answer is, "yes". However, for more information please refer to our "Privacy Policy" page. We guarantee 100% privacy to all of our customers. We respect you and your information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

It is important to us that you, or the person who receives it, is 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Day's will offer a full refund (including shipping & handling) within 30 days from the date you receive it or the date you give it as a gift, whichever is later.

Day's can not offer a full refund for items that were custom designed, show wear, have been altered, or have been engraved.
