One item that we are extremely proud of is a laser welder that we purchased for our service department in 1999. This was a major accomplishment for our store since it is the first laser welder in the state of Maine. Our service department team traveled and researched extensively to find the best equipment in the country. It can do many incredible things, such as re-tipping antique jewelry without having to remove the gemstones, soldering clasps on hollow bracelets, fixing links in diamond tennis bracelets and much more. Essentially, we are doing repair work that others can only dream of doing!
